Through a successful establishment, Mr. Cavallini, together with his son Adrian J. Cavallini, was able to develop a complete stained glass service, including design, fabrication, and installation of hundreds of church windows primarily in the southwest.

Mr. Cavallini has four children:  Dominic, a pilot, who is married and has one child; Grazia, living in Rome, Italy with her two children; Adrian, married with four children, who is now in the stained glass business with his father; and Felicia, who graduated from Rice University in Houston, then received a Masters degree from University of Texas at San Antonio.  She is presently working on her doctorate in Kinesiology, and is on the faculty of Rice University in Houston.  Manlio's wife, Viola spent 20 years teaching, and is now retired and devotes her time to her family and the church.
